Does staying online guarantee earnings?
Traffic and earnings vary with demand and successfully recorded activity. Being online does not guarantee income.
Why do I see 0 bytes, no traffic, and no earnings for a few days after installing?
Your device can be online before it receives shared traffic, so 0 bytes or no earnings does not always mean something is wrong. Check that the device shows Online and that you are viewing the correct account. If you continue to see no activity, contact support with your app version and the dates affected. Never include passwords or API keys.
How much can I earn?
There is no guaranteed earning rate. Check your account for your recorded usage and earnings.
When and how do I get paid?
