1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AntGain's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AntGain Inc. ("AntGain," "we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
2. Description of Service
AntGain provides a platform that allows users to share their unused internet bandwidth in exchange for monetary compensation. Our service includes:
- Software applications for bandwidth sharing
- User dashboard for monitoring earnings and usage
- Payment processing and distribution system
- Customer support and technical assistance
3. User Responsibilities
As a AntGain user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent or manipulate our systems
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use AntGain for:
- Illegal activities or content distribution
- Malware distribution or cyber attacks

5. Payments and Earnings
Earning Calculation
Earnings are calculated based on the amount of bandwidth shared, geographic location, network demand, and other factors. We reserve the right to adjust earning rates with 30 days notice.
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed monthly for the previous month's earnings
- Minimum payout threshold is $5.00
- Valid payment method required for earnings distribution
- Tax reporting responsibilities belong to the user
6. Service Availability and Limitations
AntGain provides services on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous service availability or uptime
- Specific earning amounts or consistency
- Compatibility with all devices or networks
- Error-free operation or data accuracy
7. Intellectual Property
AntGain retains all rights to our software, trademarks, and proprietary technology. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our software solely for participating in the AntGain network.
8. Limitation of Liability
AntGain's liability is limited to the amount of earnings owed to you. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. AntGain may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will receive any earned but unpaid compensation.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
